I thought I should get these up for you Kylee! I thought the photo shoot went well and Braylee did such a great job! I am glad she had fun too! Stay tuned for more in the next few days. Your family was a great sport for driving all that way to my house. I know it was far for your family especially because you have little ones, but I promise it will be worth it!

Just wanted to showcase some of my favorite images from my last newborn shoot!

A package from Coco and Papa

Saturday, February 14th, 2009

I know Girls day is not until March, but I thought we should get a picture of the dress Coco (Emi’s grandma) made Emi before too much time passes by.  This dress was made with love and  sent all the way from Maui making it extra special for Emi!  You should have seen her face when she opened the package, “oh, Coco bought it for me?” as she puts both hands on her chest, “from a-Costco?”  She has a thing now where she thinks all purchased items are from Costco- maybe because I shop there way to often.  She puts the dress on as soon as she takes it out of the package and made sure I did her hair to match the new dress.   Not only did Coco and Papa send her the dress, they packaged a little tiny pink chao wan (rice bowl) with a tiny set of pink chopsticks.  I put some cereal in a bowl and had her try out, but after a few of them slipped from her grip she got a little frustrated.  Well, she will master it some day:)  Thank you again Coco for the beautiful dress, Emi absolutely loves it!   She is actually yelling thank you coco in the picture.

This little guy slept through most of the photo shoot! I was so amazed! The hardest part of the shoot was trying to get him to stay up long enough to get some shots with his eyes opened. He is going to be a heartbreaker when he grows up just check out his mom and dad! What a beautiful family! Thanks Kahi and Krysyan for a great session! I really enjoyed seeing you guys again. Congratulations on your new little baby boy!

newborn casting call

original-9682blog1

I have some new props and techniques that I am anxious to try out on newborns this month. I would preferably like to have the newborn less than 10 days old this way they are easier to mold and shape around. The session will be free of charge, but prints and negatives are purchased with a 20% discount. It will be held here at my home based studio in Saratoga Springs. The goal of these sessions will be towards capturing poses that will provide variety to my newborn portfolio. So if you know of anyone who has just had a baby or will within the next few weeks, don’t hesitate to let them know about this great opportunity.

The details:

-Session is free of charge (prints and CD sold with a 20% discount)
-Held at my home studio
-poses are geared towards building my newborn portfolio

The casting call is opened until the end of this month.

Please call me if you are interested: 801.722.4918 or email me at eveline@littlewunders.com

i love this.

My brother in law and wife just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy this past week. We went to visit them last night and I just could not get over how small little “K” was. He was born a little over 6 pounds, but he just seem so tiny! You could almost put him in you little pocket:)! Anyways, seeing little “K” compared to Kenji just made him seem like a massive giant! Man they grow fast! Thank goodness for cameras because they serve better memories than our own. These were pictures taken I think a month ago. Back then Kenji still had his awesome faux hawk and couldn’t turn over on his own yet. Within just a few short weeks he as now developed into a army crawling- drooling machine. I love this expression that I got out of him!
